Do you sell Cannabis or THC products?

No. We do not sell any cannabis flower or THC products. Please see laws in your province or territory.

How do subscriptions work?

We give you the option of choosing from monthly, 3-mos, 6-mos and 12-mos recurring options. If you select monthly, your credit card will automatically charged each month until you cancel. If you sign up for 3-mos or longer we charge each month and offer a little extra savings for going huge!

How Can I Become A Member?

You must be a Canadian resident and at least 19 years old to be a member. Tokebox employees will not accept orders from people under age. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.

Do I have to subscribe to Tokebox before I can purchase?

Yes, you need to have a membership to have access to our products. We need to verify that all members are above the age of 19+ and qualify.

What do I need to sign up?

Your valid Canadian ID proving you are 19+ years of age. We don’t store or keep your identification and will be removed within 24 hours after being verified and approved.

What Countries is your service available in?

At this time Canada & US only only. Only accessories may be shipped outside of Canada. Send us a message and we will let you know when we are available in your country.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept e-transfers and all major credit cards for build your box orders. Subscriptions require a credit card payment. If you select a subscription and add items from the build your box it will default to only accept credit cards.

How long do I have to send my payment?

Your order will be kept "On Hold" for 24 hours. If payment is not received within the 24 hour period, your order will be cancelled.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Can I talk with a customer representative?

Yes, of course you can! We love to chat with our members. Send us an email anytime and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. During business hours we will respond to your email usually within 1-2 hours, please allow us longer as sometimes it can get busy. If you would prefer to call us in person, we answer calls from 9:00am PST– 5:00pm PST Monday to Friday.

What If I missed my delivery?

If you’ve missed your delivery, it’s not the end of the world. You’re able to go to your local Canada Post delivery centre usually after 1pm the next day. Keep in mind, you’re going to also have a tracking number to help understand when to expect your delivery. You can also add real time email and text updates to stay on top of your deliveries.

  Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and to adults over the age of 19+. Any shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time. We ship all packages through Canada Post’s delivery service. All orders are vacuum sealed and discreetly packaged.

Average delivery times to most Canadian locations are between 5-7 business days, for remote locations 7-10 days depending. After product has been shipped the tracking number will be emailed to the customer. The tracking number can be entered on Canada Post’s website and will give information on where the package is and when the estimated delivery time will be.   Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to Canada Post’s shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
